Recommendations for application：
Heat-resistant Vulcanization Activator DC-273 ,a formulation of selected zinc salts,are very effective activators for the sulfur vulcanization of diene rubber, especially natural rubber.
Heat-resistant Vulcanization Activator DC-273 can partly or totally replace conventional activators based on fatty acids,stearic acid and zinc stearate.

The following improvements are achievable by application of Heat-resistant Vulcanization Activator DC-273 : prolonged version time, higher modulus,less heat buildup under dynamic load, and reduced compression set at elevated temperatures, improved properties at high temperature cures, viscosity reduction at high shear.
