Composition：
Blend of fatty acid derivatives and optimized lubricants.
 
Recommendations for application:
1 DC-L10 is a novel processing additive designed for applications in all elastomers .
2 Being a synergistic blend of fatty acid derivatives with selected polarities,DC-L10 provides internal as well as external lubrication in a wide rang of elastomers, resulting in inproved flow, cavity fill, and mold release.
3 DC-L10 improved filler dispersion and has a beneficial influence on batch-tobatch uniformity.
4 DC-L10 is especially suited for applications in extruded compounds, including continuous vulcanization, but also offers advantages with transfer-molding and injection molding.
5 DC-L10 does not affect adhesion.
